About our weight loss program!
There are 3 steps to our program and each step is just as equally important as the other. To see optimal results with not only with losing weight but to maintain your weight loss and to start repairing your gut, we highly recommend you follow all 3 steps!
THE FIRST 3 DAYS
During these 3 days we start to focus on detoxing your body from carbs and sugars and getting your appetite under control. This is when you begin your nutritional support in conjunction with 3l of water, overcome those food cravings which you may have been experiencing.
Step 2 is when you start to lose weight, but you are also starting repair the gut. A healthy gut is vital for general well-being but is also one of the keys for successful weight loss journey and to help improve nutritional absorption.
We mono eat (one protein with one vegetable per meal) during stage 2. The reason we do this is because we do want to heal your body and be gentle on your digestive system. The more variety foods you put on your plate in one sitting the more your digestion has to over work and we don’t want that because we need to improve the digestion to absorb nutrients from your food.
Step 2 typically lasts 27 days with the the option to extend this phase for an additional 10 days.
Stage 3, also known as the maintenance stage is when we continue the gut healing phase, reintroduce certain foods back into our diet and stabilise our body at our new weight.
The beauty of stage three is that we teach you how to live for the rest of your life. Sticking to a calorie limit long term is not the goal, but an 80% : 20% ratio is a sustainable way to ensure that you can keep the weight off, and more importantly, keep healthy for the rest of your life, and teach your family to do so too.
Remember, all 3 stages are important for successful weight loss, and if you decide you would like to lose more weight
you simply go back to step 1 and repeat!
